  • Notification: Let us know about the incident as soon as possible. You can do this via phone.
  • Documentation: We will need some details to support your claim, like photos of the damage, police reports (if applicable), invoices, and repair quotes.
  • Claim Form Submission: Fill out a form with all the necessary details about the incident and your claim.
  • Claim Assessment: Once submitted, we will review the information. An adjuster may contact you to investigate further, which could include interviewing witnesses or assessing damages.
  • Evaluation: We will evaluate your claim based on your policy terms.
  • Decision: We will let you know the outcome—whether your claim is approved, denied, or if a settlement offer is made.
  • Payment: If your claim is approved, we will arrange payment either to you or directly to the service provider, depending on the situation.
