Tiffany Austin-Sanchez

General Manager

With over 20 years of insurance industry experience, Tiffany joined Primassure Australia in January 2024 as General Manager.

Before joining Primassure, she held various positions as a senior broker with both local and international brokers and in insurance underwriting, which has given her a broad spectrum of experience.

Holding long-standing client relationships by building trust and committing to understanding her client’s needs.

Tiffany has undertaken further studies in Insurance, holds a Bachelor of Business in Insurance, and is a Fellow of the National Insurance Brokers Association. She enjoys studying to further enhance her knowledge and to be able to share it with others.

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering at her local pétanque club, spending quality time with her husband and daughter, reading, watching live theatre, and trying out the latest new restaurants.

Having a background in hospitality, Mijan is highly experienced in customer service and prides herself on providing exceptional service to our clients. Mijan holds her Tier 2 broking accreditation and is currently undertaking further insurance studies. Outside of work, Mijan loves board games, baking and spending time with her dogs.
